RESEPI CHILI OIL KOREAN

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan A:

  • chili flakes korea @hexafood

  • serbuk cili

  • bijan

  • chicken stock

  • minyak bijan

  • gula & garam


Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan B:

  • bwg merah & bwg putih

  • halia

  • daun sup

  • bunga lawang

  • kayu manis

  • bunga cengkih

  • daun salam


Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Campur semua bahan A, gaul sebati dan ketepikan.

  2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan semua bahan B, goreng sampai bawang kekuningan.

  3. Tapis dan ambil minyak panas-panas.

  4. Terus tuang dalam cili yang kita buat awal tadi.

  5. Gaul sebati dan sesuaikan rasa, kalua dah ok boleh sejukkan simpan dalam botol, kalua kurang ok, boleh tambah gula/garam.

  6. Siap dan sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi bubur, sup/ramen.

对于爱吃辣的人来说,没有一碗是喷香油红的辣椒油,解决不了的事情。这下饭神器,无论是做菜的时候放一点调味,还是吃饭吃面的时候直接加进去,都能让人食指大动,胃口大开,米饭一碗接一碗!

韩式辣椒油

所需食材A

    • 韩式辣椒碎片@hexafood
    • 辣椒粉
    • 芝麻
    • 鸡汤
    • 芝麻油
    • 糖和盐

 

所需材料 B

    • 红葱头和大蒜
    • 香菜
    • 八角
    • 肉桂
    • 丁香
    • 月桂叶

 

准备方法:

  1. 首先,将所有材料A混合,拌匀备用。
  2. 热油,加入所有材料B,爆香至洋葱微焦。
  3. 滤去热油。
  4. 把热油倒入刚才做的辣椒。
  5. 搅拌均匀,调整口味,放凉装瓶,如果味道还不达标,可以加糖/盐。
  6. 自制下饭神器辣椒油就做好啦!可与粥、汤/拉面一起享用。
