Malaysian satay is prepared by blending shallots, lemongrass, garlic, and ginger to a smooth paste and marinate overnight. Preparation:

• 500 gram isi ayam, dipotong kecil
• 2 sudu besar Hexa Sate Premix
• sedikit minyak masak
• 1 batang serai
• lidi sate

Cooking Instruction : -
Step 1 - perap isi ayam dengan Hexa Sate Premix sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam, cucuk pada lidi sate

Step 2 – panaskan kuali, sapu sedikit minyak dengan menggunakan serai yang telah dititik. Ulangi proses yang sama pada sate

Step 3 – balik-balikkan sehingga sate masak, sedia untuk dihidang

Ingredients

Onion, Sugar, Salt, Turmeric, Lemongrass, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Fennel and Coriander.

Storage

Keep in a clean, dry and cool place. After opening, keep in the fridge.
