Suggested Use

Mix 2 tbsp of HEXA Ayam Goreng Berempah with 2 tbsp of oil and make a paste. Rub the paste all over the chicken (500g). Leave it in the fridge for 1-2hrs. Drop the chicken pieces in a frying pan over medium-high heat for about 10-15 mins until golden and crisp (use your discretion- smaller pieces will cook faster). This fried chicken is super crispy, crunchy, juicy, with a nice aroma and spiciness.

If you are health concerned, you can cook the chicken in the oven or simply grill it. This recipe is one of Hexa's best. If you don't believe me try it out!

A spice indigenous to China, Szechuan peppercorns aren’t actually pepper but are ground husks of dried red-brown berries of the prickly ash tree.
